If you do not meet the prerequisite requirements but hold a closely related Dutch HBO bachelor’s degree, such as a second-degree teacher training programme in History, you may submit a request to the admissions committee for admission to the pre-master. After completing the programme, you may be admitted to the master’s programme in History.
The pre-master in History generally consists of 51 credits, during which you will address any gaps in your education.
In all cases, the pre-master’s programme —which is determined by the Admissions Committee—can only be started in September.
Pre-master’s students cannot register for modules themselves; this is handled by the Education Office.
