Another highly readable history of economic thought. Compared to Heilbroner, Nasar devotes more space to more recent economic thinkers, including Friedrich Hayek, Joan Robinson, and Amartya Sen, who firmly belong in the PPE canon. - Democracy in America - Alexis de Tocqueville
