What VU IXA-GO can do for you
Our team acts as the central link between VU Amsterdam and major (inter)national grant providers. We manage the institutional portal accounts for various funder platforms, for example.
VU IXA-GO is responsible for:
- Managing legal and institutional information
- Providing support during the grant agreement phase, including ethics and security, reporting, and amendments on the EU Funding & Tenders Portal
- Monitoring compliance with funders’ terms and conditions
Grant systems
VU IXA-GO ensures the correct registration of VU Amsterdam in grant systems, including:
- EU Funding and Tenders portal
- Erasmus+ portal
- European transparency register
- JE-s, ERA Commons, Grants.gov
- System for Award Management (SAM)
- AXA research Fund
Compliance officer and LEAR
VU IXA-GO houses the compliance officer and the Legal Entity Appointed Representative (LEAR) for the EU Funding and Tenders Portal, who are responsible for this registration and administration.
