The W@W lab aims for impactful change across the domains of social innovation, policy, funding and media through the support of:
- experimental research designs, on themes and topics related to wellbeing in the context of care organizations, such as participatory action research or sensory ethnography;
- in co-creation with societal stakeholders.
Specifically, the lab supports short-term pilot projects that are intended
- to set the (research) agenda within the care sector
- to stimulate connections between researchers and societal stakeholders to provide relevant insights
- to to initiate grant applications that enable the extension of the smaller pilot projects into larger programs and ultimately create societal impact on a larger scale.
Additionally, the lab intends to foster non-traditional ways of science communication, that appeal to a larger non-academic audience, such as videos, podcasts, different art forms, etc.
