The ISR of Vrije Universiteit was established in 2015 as a faculty-wide research institute for the Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS).
Our mission-oriented activities on research, valorization and impact are organized in seven Research & Impact labs in which researchers from the FSS’ academic departments work together with social partners on societal issues.
The research and impact activities of the seven Research & Impact labs are supported, developed, and coordinated by the Research Office of the Faculty of Social Sciences.
