Entrepreneurship Support

In this pillar, the activities around supporting VU-related student enterprises (like startups and scale ups) are centered.

This is the physical and virtual place on campus to go when you want to get help turning your entrepreneurial plans into concrete actions: an online/offline shop for students that wish to start companies. It goes without saying that cooperation with Demonstrator Lab, ACE, ASIF, Enactus, etc. is important. Also, activities aimed at engaging entrepreneurial alumni are coordinated from here. Since a startup pavilion will be developed on campus, we plan for this pavilion to serve as the ‘home base’ to many entrepreneurial activities such as (guest) lectures, presentations, meetups, student challenges etc. This pavilion may also give an opportunity to data collection for entrepreneurship research.
