Returning items
Borrowed book must be returned by the expiry date at the latest. The loan period for most books is 4 weeks. You can find the expiry date in your personal LibSearch account.
Books can be returned via the Book Return Box at the following locations:
- At the Central hall on the ground floor of the main building
- At the temporary entrance to the library, 1A-01
- On the 2nd floor of the Initium
Books may also be returned by mail:

The borrower is responsible for all loaned books until they have been received by the University Library.
Late returns
A fine of €2,50,- per day will be charge for all course literature not returned on time.
