Geoplaza

Until early 2026, Geoplaza was the platform for all matters concerning GIS (Geographic Information System) and spatial data at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. It also featured a portfolio of GIS-related projects realized at VU. 

Information regarding access to software (such as ArcGIS) for VU students and staff can now be found at SPINlab (Spatial Information Laboratory).

The frequently consulted Kloosterkaart and Kerkenkaart will soon be relocated elsewhere. In the interim period, they are being (temporarily) hosted and can be consulted at the following locations:
