The HR Service Centre also provides reports, dashboards and data analyses, Most administrative processes work via self-services, with support from the HR Service Desk. Employees and managers can contact them (by phone) if they have questions.
It also provides advice on employment terms and conditions, legal status and process optimisation. The HR Service Desk supports the self-service administrative processes and carries out specialised administrative processes.
