HR Policy

This department is responsible for developing university-wide HR policies and tools.

Focus areas include:

  • talentpolicy 
  • sustainable employability
  • assessment and rewards
  • hybrid working

Policy officers work closely with faculties and divisions, generally taking a project-based approach. In addition to policy development, Strategy & Policy focuses on policy implementation and communication.
The head of department manages the administrative secretaries of the participation bodies (Works Council, Joint Assembly and University Student Council).
