Xixi Ai has obtained her research master from SKEMA Busienss School (2021) and MBA degree from Webster University (2015). With 8 years of industry experience in middle and senior management roles, including 4 years as the founder of a small enterpise undertaking in the education sector, she is trying to bring a bouquet of leadership and cross-cultural and multi-market experience to academia. Currently, she is working as a PhD researcher in OB&HRM section in School of Business and Economics. Her research interests lie in women on boards, board diversity and strategic leadership.
