Veronica Lupi is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Environmental Economics, Institute for Environmental Studies (IVM), Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She is also a senior researcher at Eni Enrico Mattei Foundation (FEEM) in Milan. She collaborated as a researcher with the ETH of Zurich at the Department of Resource and Environmental Economics.
Veronica’s research interests focus on climate change and population dynamics. In particular, she has been working with global integrated assessment models (IAMs) of climate and the economy. Currently, she is studying the climate-migration nexus in regional IAMs.
Veronica holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Milan. Before joining VU Amsterdam, she was a Postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods (DEMM) at the University of Milan.
