Research
I do research on empirical labor economics, with a focus on the matching between job seekers and employers. Using RCT’s as well as natural experiments I have studied job seekers’ strategies in finding employment. Furthermore I have evaluated and designed a variety of job search assistance programs, including automated online labor-market information provision.
I have also studied labour market policies related to disability, childcare and migration.
