Nico de Vries is an ear, throat and nose specialist at OLVG Hospital Amsterdam and has an endowed chair in dental Sleep Medicine supported by the ApneuResearch Foundation. His special interest is diagnosis and treatment of obstructive sleep apnea in adults, in particular alternatives to Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP). He is a guest professor at the University of Antwerp in Belgium.
