Research
My research mainly focuses on (a) the effects of motivation on well-being and performance, and (b) stimulating and evaluating creativity. Questions that I find interesting and study include: How should people organize their work to facilitate creativity? How can organizations structure tasks to enable people to perform well under stressful circumstances? How can we reduce bias in creativity evaluation processes?
