Research

I develop open-source free statistical software for conducting Latent Variable Modeling. Concretely, I work in the implementation of high-performance psychometric software (e.g., Structural Equation Modeling, Item Response Theory, and Mixture Modeling).

My research also involves the development of algorithms to analyze large datasets with hierarchical structures (e.g., data that have different levels of organization or form clusters nested within others) using multivariate methods such as Factor Analysis.
