Katharina Brütt is an Assistant Professor at the department of Ethics, Governance and Society of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She holds a PhD in Economics from the Center for Research in Experimental Economics and political Decision making at University of Amsterdam (2023).
Katharina Brütt's primary research interests lie in behavioural and experimental economics. Her current work is divided between studying (1) the role of gender and social identity within economics and (2) belief formation. Many of her projects are at the intersection of these two topics.
