Julia is PhD Candidate in the department of Management and Organization at the School of Business and Economics (SBE) of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU). In February 2025, she started her 4-year PhD project as part of the SmartSkills@Scale project funded by NWO.
In 2021, Julia obtained her bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Fashion from TMO Fashion Business School. In 2021, Julia started her master's degree in Business Administration at TIAS School for Business and Society where she studied a specialization in Change Management. Optionally, she took an additional three months of courses in Athens after which Julia graduated Cum Laude.
After graduation, Julia started working as Change Consultant and worked in consultancy for two years. She managed several IT projects at an organization in the public health sector.
