Julia Baraban is a PhD Candidate at the KIN Center for Digital Innovation at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She is researching the evolution of work practices and the changing nature of work in connection to Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) developments. Her current project focuses on Software Engineering. She has an IBA in Arts and Culture from Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) and a MSc in People, Organisations and Change from Rotterdam School of Management (RSM).
