I hold a Research Master’s degree in Social Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where I focused on social cohesion, aggression, crisis dynamics, populism, conspiracy theories, and political violence. As a research and teaching assistant, I gained experience in conducting studies and teaching.
In 2026, I started my PhD at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam within the project “De-escalating Aggressive Encounters between Frontline Workers and Citizens.” In this project, I investigate how aggressive interactions in the retail sector emerge and how they can be effectively de-escalated.
