Dr. Isabelle Donatz-Fest is a postdoctoral researcher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Her current research focuses on public sector design & use of algorithms and AI, with due attention to the role of values and practices. Part of the NWO-funded project AI4ALL: Value-Aligned AI in Public Organizations. She uses qualitative, interpretive and ethnographic methods with a trans- and interdisciplinary research approach.
