Hande Karabiyik is an associate professor at the department of Econometrics and Data Science. Before she was a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Economics of Lund University, Sweden. She obtained her PhD degree at the Maastricht University in January 2015.
Econometric theory, panel data econometrics, climate econometrics, unobserved heterogeneity in panel data models, estimation and inference in cross-sectionally dependent panel data models.
Hande Karabiyik is programme director of the master Econometrics and Operations Research. In addition she teaches at the Vrije Universiteit:

- Multivariate Econometrics
