Farah Arshad is an Assistant Professor at the Accounting department at VU Amsterdam. She is a behavioral researcher studying how individuals behave within organizations — how incentives, evaluation systems, feedback, and technology shape managerial judgment, employee behavior, and organizational performance. Farah's work sits at the intersection of organizational behavior and management control and draws on experimental methods (laboratory and online experiments) and large-sample survey research with practitioners and executives in real firms. She holds a PhD from the Tilburg University (2020). Before joining VU Amsterdam, Farah was an Assistant Professor at University of Manchester, U.K.
