Ed Sleebos is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior in the Department of Organization Sciences at VU University Amsterdam. He obtained his Ph.D. in Social and Organizational Psychology from Leiden University. His research interests include the psychology of respect, social identity, and leadership. His latest research focuses mainly on the darker side of these topics, such as disrespect and dark leadership.
