Claire Schulze Schleithoff is a postdoctoral researcher in the Management and Organisation department. Alongside her position, she is the ABRI Program Manager. Claire obtained her PhD cum laude from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Prior to that, she obtained her Master of Science in Business Administration – Human Resource Management, also cum laude, at the same university. Her research interests focus on imperfect careers and ownership, and on how individuals navigate challenges in their careers, particularly through the study of regret in careers, meaningful work, purpose-driven passion, and sacrifices.

Claire Schulze Schleithoff explores individuals' work experiences using qualitative research methods. Her work has been published in academic journals and several of her projects have been presented at academic conferences.
Teaching
Claire Schulze Schleithoff is teacher for the Master course 'Research in Business Administration', guest lecturer and she is supervisor for Bachelor Master theses. She obtained her BKO-UTQ certificate.
