I am an external PhD Candidate at the department of Organization Sciences. I am part of the research group Organizational Behavior. I am conducting my PhD from my position as a researcher at Vilans. Vilans is the national Centre of Expertise for Long-term Care in the Netherlands.
In my PhD project I am focusing on the development of learning organizations within nursing home care. I want to gain insight into the elements and mechanisms that are crucial for the development of learning nursing homes.
