Aniek de Hond is a PhD candidate at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, School of Business and Economics (SBE), Department of Management and Organization, Organizational Theory section. Her research focuses on psychological safety and moral leadership within the Dutch Armed Forces. She obtained her research master’s degree in Social & Behavioral Sciences in 2025 from Tilburg University and specialized during her studies in Leadership in Crisis Situations at the Royal Military Academy in Breda.
