Design for Flow in Office/Service/Healthcare

In this 5 day masterclass you will learn how to design value streams in non-manufacturing environments.

  • Start date: November 2024
  • Duration: 5 days
  • Dates: Monday, nov 18; Tuesday, nov 19; Wednesday, Nov 20; Thursday, nov 21; Friday, nov 22. 
  • Mon from 13:30-17:30, Tue-Thu from 09:00-17:30, Fri from 09:00-12:30. 
  • Day 5 (report presentation) will be scheduled after the course starts.
  • Format: Physical lectures at the VU
  • Costs: €2800

This unique 6 day masterclass will teach you the methodology for improving flow in your manufacturing operations.

  • Start date: November 2024
  • Duration: 6 days
