Pascale Schellekens completed the master’s in Regional and Urban Economics in 2023 and now works as a data analyst at Savills, a real estate advisory firm.
“The master’s in Regional and Urban Economics gave me both technical skills and valuable insights into addressing pressing societal challenges. I especially valued the focus on solving real-world problems from an economic perspective.”
Her thesis on the impact of garden paving on neighbourhood attractiveness in Amsterdam combined regional, urban, and environmental economics. “That project sparked my interest in sustainability and data, and it led directly to my current role.”
