Jos Schut

Chief HR Officer Japan & APAC Randstad 
Jos Schut is the acting Chief HR Officer for Japan and APAC and responsible for global HR Transformation within Randstad.

Jos Schut has a degree in Economics, specialized in Logistics, after working in Pharmaceutical Industry for a decade moved into the HR industry. He joined Randstad in 2001 and started his career with Randstad in the professional business as a business leader before moving into the HR function in 2004. He served in several HR Director roles across the globe (the Netherlands, UK, Australia and APAC) as well as being leading HR expert areas from a global perspective. Before joining the Japanese management board in February 2021, he was CHRO at Randstad Global from 2016.   

Currently, he is the acting CHRO for Japan and APAC and responsible for global HR Transformation within Randstad.
