Jet Cremer, Business en Data Analyst Capgemini

Alumnus Human Movement Sciences
Jet graduated in 2017 from the master's programme Human Movement Sciences: Sport, Exercise and Health. She spent three years working as a Junior Lecturer at the bachelor's programme Human Movement Sciences and is now working as a Business and Data Analyst at Capgemini.

"As a data analyst, I am responsible for performing analysis related to customer approaches for the customer serviceteam. I work a lot with programmes like Power BI, Excel and SQL Server. These are data analysis and visualization programmes. As a business analyst, I support the customer by improving customer approach processes. In this role I am more on the business side, but everything is underpinned by data. What I have learned during my education is mainly reflected in my job in the analytical thinking and in the analysis/programming of data."

"After I completed the Master's program in combination with the Teacher's program, I first worked as a Junior Lecturer in the bachelor's programme Human Movement Sciences for three years. I wanted to work more with data analysis and applying it to executive situations. I didn't really know what exactly I wanted to do. Then I started looking for a company that could help me in the search for what I want to see reflected in my work. Capgemini, with all its opportunities for training, is the ideal place for this."

A tip from Jet: "Make sure you orient yourself broadly and talk to people who work in different areas. That way you'll find out what the possibilities are and what suits you. Your first job is never your dream job, so don't expect that of yourself. By starting a job or project you will find out what gives you energy and what you want."
