In 2021, Maastricht University conducted a preliminary study to identify a future solution for managing its contract research projects.
In late 2022, we partnered with Flexso to implement a post-award management package. Following phased go-lives in December 2024 and April 2025, the system is now fully operational. This session will share our journey since HERUG Leuven 2024, highlighting how we managed the go-lives, migrated ongoing research projects, our current status, and the challenges ahead.
