With the end of life for SAP BPC approaching, University of Helsinki started a modernization journey for university's financial planning platform.
This presentation will cover pre-study and technology selection, confirming the fit-to-need with a proof of concept, vendor selection and ways of working throughout the actual implementation project. We will go through the doubts we had with SAC planning solution and what led to the change of direction.
