“An eye-opening moment for me was during a strategic management course. We were working in teams, where we acted as the management of a company and needed to make various strategic decisions. As I collaborated with classmates from legal, HR, operations, and finance, I recognised that sometimes it can be quite difficult to manage and reach an agreement in the presence of different perspectives, values, and ideas. During this groupwork, I learned to welcome and integrate ideas that were sometimes completely in contrast to mine. As we tackled various challenges, I learned to recognise and experiment with other perspectives to become a successful and authentic leader. This holistic view and learning experience are what made this MBA so special for me.
