Asha Lotten is coordinator of operations in the Department of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences
Within our Operations Department, Asha is the coordinator of the Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences Department.
Duties of the Operations coordinator are:
- Analysing financial data and making corrections
- Supervise investment requests of scientific equipment
- Help start-up and analyse 2nd and 3rd flow projects
- Liaising between Project Control and the project leader
- (co-)drafting vacancies
- Setting up HR position management
- Helping with 'onboarding' and starting up new employees
- Implement staff changes.
She does this work together with the other operations coordinator Floor Coenen.
