Anna Huckelba

After graduating in July 2020, I immediately began my PhD in northern Sweden studying human-computer interaction and how intelligent agents can be used to help people manage stress. Unfortunately, Sweden was not the right country for me so I moved back to the Netherlands.

I am now primarily working at Picnic as a tech recruiter. I have also worked on a few side projects in academia, including a paper on persuasive and manipulative technology with my former colleagues in Sweden as well as a project involving the interaction between students and a Pepper robot at the VU. This programme taught me the skills I need to succeed in various domains and I am very excited to see where I go from here!
