Valentin Weiwad is a Junior Researcher within the Water & Climate Risk group of the Institute for Environmental Studies (IVM). Valentin contributes to multiple international research projects related to the climate resilience of critical infrastructure.
Valentin completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University Stuttgart followed by a Master in Environment and Resource Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
Before joining the IVM, he worked as an engineer in the field of renewable energy.
