Tania Adialita, MBA

Contract PhD Candidate, School of Business and Economics, Management and Organisation

Personal information

Tania Adialita is a PhD researcher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, whose research focuses on green consumer behavior and the intersection of business communication and environmental sustainability. Her work examines how consumers respond to sustainability initiatives and how organizations can develop effective strategies to promote environmentally responsible consumption.

Prior to her doctoral studies, she obtained a Master’s degree in Green Innovation from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University. She also brings six years of professional experience as an environmental quality auditor, where she assessed organizational compliance with environmental standards and evaluated sustainability practices across industries. This professional background informs her academic research by bridging practical environmental management with theoretical perspectives.

Following her Master’s degree, Tania has been actively engaged in higher education as a lecturer in Indonesia, teaching courses in green marketing and business communication. She has also conducted and published research on green consumer behavior, contributing to the broader discourse on sustainability in emerging markets. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Parahyangan Catholic University, which laid the foundation for her academic and professional development.
