Sebastian's research focuses on how individuals shape organizations - with a particular focus on aspects of internationalization and globalization. Examples include studies about the internationalization of firms' upper echelons, i.e. top managers, and employer attractiveness for foreign job seekers, compensation or firm internationalization.
Beyond that, Sebastian is interested in the internationalization strategies of Multinational Corporations (MNCs), as well as the implications of (global) trends and developments for International Business.
