Oskar Bronsgeest is lecturer in business administration, management consulting and organizational change at the School of Business and Economics of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He studied automotive engineering (BSc) and received a MSc degree in Management from Nyenrode Business University. He worked as management consultant, as MD of a large car dealership, and from 2005 as entrepreneur/consultant and owner of W&D consultants b.v. In 2017 he started his own consultancy About Change with a focus on organizational change and interim management. He frequently contributes to the professional debates about automotive and organizational change. In 2014 he started as executive (external) part-time PhD candidate. His research is about employee participation in organizational change, with a focus on its timing and (subjective) time. In 2017 he became a part-time lecturer M&O and thesis-supervisor (MC specialization).

Since 2016 he is thesis-supervisor (specialization Management Consultancy) and since 2017 he is a part-time lecturer (Organisational Development &Change, Academic Skills, Organization Theory) at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and thesis supervisor (supverised over 100 BSc and MSc students). He is affiliated with Nyenrode Business University as a lecturer M&O and Strategic Management (BSc and MSc Accountancy) and as a thesis supervisor and assessor of the MBA track of the NCOI University of Applied Sciences.
