Nhat-Minh is currently researching how the victimhood is constructed through the practice of including and excluding of the international criminal tribunals, regarded as a concrete unity of legal order at the Public International Law department, Faculty of Law of the VU Amsterdam. For his research, Nhat-Minh works with Hans Lindahl’s conceptualisation of legal boundaries and focusing on the case study of Extraordinary Chamber in the Court of Cambodia (ECCC).
