Nanne A. Dieleman, MSc

Personal information

Nanne A. Dieleman (1996) obtained her master's degree in Econometrics & Operations Research from the Vrije Universiteit in 2020 and obtained her second master's degree in Business Analytics from the Vrije Universiteit in 2021. She subsequently started an ABRI PhD position at the department of Operations Analytics at the School of Business and Economics.

Research

Nanne's research interests are:

  • Stochastic Systems
  • Markov Chain Theory
  • Stochastic Optimisation Techniques
  • Machine Learning Techniques
  • Neural Networks
  • Sustainability
  • Health Care

She is currently focusing on analysing and optimising stochastic systems.

Teaching

Nanne has five years of teaching experience in courses such as Stochastic Systems, Queuing Theory, Academic Skills, Calculus and Probability Theory. She currently teaches courses of the Econometrics & Operations Research Bachelor and Master programmes and the International Business Administration Bachelor programme.
