Marc Bolhoven is a PhD Researcher at the Management and Organization department, and under the supervision of Dr. Omar Solinger and Dr. Rebecca Ruehle. He is passionate about exploring the reasons behind people's differing morals (i.e., moral judgments, convictions) from a psychological perspective. Alongside his research as a PhD Candidate, he engages in academia by teaching undergraduate courses and guiding students in their thesis work. His academic background includes a cum laude Master's degree in Business Administration, where he specialized in Leadership & Change Management. Building on this foundation, his research is geared towards advising organizations on calibrating the moral compasses of their leaders and employees. Ultimately, this effort aims to improve workplace dynamics and positively influence decisions affecting society.
