Ludwig Hoeksema is a lecturer, consultant and boardmember. He combines research and education at VU with a partnership at Strategic Management Centre (smclaren.com) and is chairman of the supervisory board of Rabobank Noord Veluwe.
He brings more than 20 years of experience as a leader of professional services and strategy consultant in various sectors including Energy, Products, Financial Services and Healthcare. Ludwig navigates almost effortless between theory and practice, content and process, strategy and execution. Always with the purpose in mind and with deep knowledge of human behaviour
His research focusses on strategy realisation, influencing behaviour and human resource management. He is lecturer in the post graduate programmes on management consulting and leads the Consultancy Research Centre.
