Personal information

My research focuses on the role of interpersonal dynamics in collaborative governance processes, with a focus on relationality and situatedness of governing. Collaborative governance outcomes depend to a large degree on what happens 'in between' actors involved in collaborations. In my research, I study how actors 'relate' to each other on an interpersonal level, and how the relating patterns that emerge, impact on the governance process and its outcomes and output.

My ambition is to study these relating processes and its impacts collaboratively and 'in action', as to create situated governing responses and actions that enable change.
