Profile:
At VU Amsterdam, my work as an Assistant Professor in Organizational Anthropology is characterized by a deep commitment to understanding and facilitating change from a cultural perspective. With substantial experience in conducting research, education, and valorization on the topic of change, I have refined my expertise as an engaged ethnographer, particularly within transformational projects, spaces, and events that aim to foster innovation, experimentation, and sustainable transitions. My role involves supporting practitioners and organizations in their change processes and mentoring students across BA, MA, and PhD levels as future change makers. The combination of skills in teaching, research, and consulting reinforces my mission to integrate social and cultural insights into organizational practices and approaches for making change and impact.
