Han combines working at the university with innovation consulting. He is interested in the interaction between organization and technology. His PhD focused on how IT could improve business processes in services. Then came the Internet and he focused on how organisation could use the Internet to improve at the boundaries of the organisation. Currently he is focused on how technology can improve the innovation capabilities of organisations.
