Personal information
Research
Jonathan's research is at the intersection of strategy and organization theory. He seeks to understand how organisations can manage fundamental competing demands, such as stability and change, short-term and long-term, and profit and purpose. Jonathan thereby draws on and contributes to paradox theory.
