Hans Frederik is a quality assurance professional in higher education and member of examination boards of Universities of Applied Science in Amsterdam Groningen and Maastricht. He works parttime as an external research assistant at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Department of Organization Sciences (2014 – present) on PhD research about the knowledge paradox between higher professional education and the matching professional field.
