Personal information

I am a practice-oriented researcher and pioneer dedicated to improving the quality of care through structured, quantitative analysis and creative problem-solving. Whether I am testing the reliability of risk assessment tools for the RvdK or creating tools for inclusive communication in disability care, my goal remains the same: fostering growth and fairness through innovation. I bring a cheerful, collaborative energy to every project, always aiming to make the invisible visible and the complex applicable.
